MOTIVATED individual needed to join a successful real estate team. Your position is vital to the success of our team. You'll be working with 10-15 agents on our team; nurturing real estate leads and customers until they are ready to meet in person.

Your bonuses are paid when the customers close on a property with one of our agents, thus you'll determine the timing and motivation of each prospect you talk to. All of your work will done from our Norman office. Excellent training is provided to learn our system & scripts---to ensure your success in an upbeat workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline

  • Primary duties include taking calls from prospects about real estate properties; outbound warm calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle

  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field Agents

  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections

Qualifications

  • Has excellent time management and follow-up skills

  • You should have (or be in pursuit of) a real estate license.

  • Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts

  • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly paycheck

  • PASSIONATE about selling.

  • Strong phone and CLOSING skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone

  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line

Compensation
$36,000 per year (paid as hourly wages) along with bonuses upon each closing that your work leads to. Anticipated annual wages: $60,000-$70,000.
